Models like the all new sedan, Suzuki Kizashi, fit 4 passengers just right. In fact, Kizashi would make the perfect family hauler, or to take on a business road trip, don't you think? The Japanese auto maker is already way ahead of you.
Suzuki is headed into the corporate arena. Starting in 2012, Suzuki will contribute vehicles to the fleet car industry. This is the first time this world renowned auto maker has delved into such an industry.
Next year, Suzuki hopes to sell 3000 to 4000 vehicles to the corporate sector, starting off a long term business partnership with many different types of companies. 4000 more vehicles would push the brand's sales up past 20,000 in 2012.
In addition, the Japanese auto maker's fleet models would move from 8% to upwards of 20% of their total sales.
Suzuki sales and marketing director Dale Wyatt said to BusinessCar: "Our market share overall is static at about 1%, and 92% of our sales have been retail, but we're seeing the total UK market move more to fleet. Where historically it's been a 50:50 split between fleet and retail, it has moved to 60% fleet? There are opportunities for us in the government and health sectors,"
