Suzuki Brings 3 City Car Concepts to LA

Just in time for the Tokyo Auto Show, Suzuki is ready to show off not one, but three futuristic and totally green "City Cars." City or urban vehicles are designed to be small, fitting into tight metro area streets, and built to leave a minimal carbon footprint.
First off is the Regina, a lightweight city car. It seats 4 but only weighs 1,609 lbs. Its size results in an average mileage of 72.3…
